Are you an outgoing, detail-oriented, technology-savvy BEd student? Are you looking for part-time work during the school year?

The Faculty of Education requires the services of two Bachelor of Education students to work in the Education Learning Commons (ELC). Preferably, successful candidates will be either incoming Year 1 students or Year 2 students who are not planning to complete their final practica off-Island. At least one candidate must be enrolled in the BEd (français langue seconde) program.

Student assistants are responsible for providing circulation services and basic technological assistance to Faculty of Education students, faculty and staff using the ELC, as well as performing other miscellaneous duties as required. Student assistants report to the Coordinator of the ELC. Check one of our 2011-2012 student assistant’s Top 10 Reasons You Should Work in the ELC!
