ArcticNet funded research led by the Faculty of Education at UPEI was recently featured in a news article exploring the recently launched documentary video, Going Places: Preparing Inuit High School Students for a Changing Wider World. Casey Lessard, Northern News Service, sat down to discuss the film with the research project lead, Fiona Walton, Associate Professor, UPEI; Darlene Nuqingaq, Educational Leadership Development Co-ordinator for the Nunavut Department of Education; and Nikki Eegeesiak, Executive Director of the Coalition of District Education Authorities of Nunavut.
