Two-year post-degree BEd

UPEI Faculty of Education students enjoy small class sizes; 22 weeks of practice teaching; and one-on-one relationships with professors. 

BEd Kindergarten Program

The BEd (Kindergarten) program offers early childhood educators a degree for transition into the public school system.

BEd in Human Resource Development

Offered jointly with Holland College, the BEd (HRD) program focuses on developing students' adult learning knowledge base.

BEd (français langue seconde)

The BEd (francais langue seconde) program provides a variety of courses and field experiences for French-language teaching.

BEd study specializations

UPEI offers BEd students two areas of specialization: international education and indigenous education.

UPEI Education graduates are teaching in classrooms around the world, and contibuting to the lives of their students and colleagues. Our students have taught in Aboriginal and francophone communities and worked in schools in over 25 countries.
